Participants: Who are we?

Croatia Job shadowing participants : Osnovna škola Strahoninec

Three teachers have participated in the job shadowing. They have focused on observing inclusive methodologies and creating different and interdisciplinary learning spaces at school.

They are also interested in furthering ICT school policies in order to be applied in the real context. Furthermore, they cover different specialities: Physical Education, Tutor and English and CLIL teacher.

Denmark Job Shadowing participants: Landsbyordningen Grindsted skole

Three teachers have participated in this job shadowing. We had the opportunity to observe new methodologies and discover one of the most innovative schools of Aalborg, Denmark.

The roles of the teachers in the school (from left to right) are: Tutor, special education, and English teacher. The three of us are interested in applying new methodologies and work collaboratively with other schools.

Turkey Job Shadowing participants: Ödemis Zafer Ilkokulu

Three teachers are going to participate in this mobility: Aurora Barba, member of the school's management team (head of studies) and music teacher , Rosa Maria Vallo, 6th grade teacher and "Comunitat de grans" coordinator and Esther Rodríguez, English teacher and Barrufet school Erasmus coordinator.

In this mobility we will:

Learn about teaching strategies and methods
Observe host school digital skills and methods a
Strengthen the network of teachers and the synergies created
Enhance communicative and cultural competences
Reflect on the visited schools priorities and methods and on the educationl system of Türkiye
