Learning agreements
Every job shadowing requieres extensive preparation. Preparing together with the host school a learning agreement we define the conditions and expected outcomes of a learning mobility organised within the framework of the Erasmus+ programme.
This document makes it easier for us to agree and ensure that both parties will comply with the rules and quality standards of the program.
After the mobility (last day) we sign, together with the host school, a "Learning agreement Complement". In this document we confirm that the participant has attended the learning mobility activity described in the annexed Erasmus+ learning agreement, and has attained the specified learning outcomes. There we also can add if there are any very relevant unexpected learning that were not included in the initial learning agreement.

Fill out the Erasmus+ teachers’ survey (sent by EU)
Fill out the internal Erasmus+ teachers’ survey (sent by Barrufet school coordinator) evaluating the travel and stay, schoolorganisers, communication, quality of the experience and the outcomes (following evaluation criteria items)
After the mobilities an Europass Mobility document is issued by Barrufet school (signed by hosting school). This document formally records details of the skills and competences acquired by each job shadowing participant
