Each November 22nd the teachers and children of Barrufet School celebrate the day of Music.
As this year the school project is about “The Sea” in all the subjects we decided to work “The Habaneras” during this special day. “Habaneras” are songs about the sea and the sailors. A characteristic instrument of the Habaneras is the accordion. In the morning a musician explained the story of the instrument and played it.
In the afternoon, a musical group of Habaneras (a singer, a guitar player and an accordion player) made us sing and dance with the music. We had a fantastic day and enjoyed the music.
