Ms Mubasshira Shaikh, PhD scholar guided by Prof Priya Sundarrajan, won the consolation prize for e-poster presentation at the International Conference VishwaSwasthyam 2025: ‘Integrative Strategies for Metabolic Health - Protect the Present, Safeguard the Future’ held in January 2025 for her poster titled 'Turning Waste into a Health Solution: Enumeration of Potato Peel Extract for Anti-Diabetic Properties'.
