Admissions & Intake
Admission Requirements:
Court order stating that youth has been adjudicated delinquent in the state of Wyoming, in the legal custody of the Wyoming Department of Family Services, and committed to the Wyoming Girls School for an indefinite period of time.
Admission Process:
Admissions Coordinator is contacted by either DFS field offices or County Probation that a youth has been commited.
Prior to scheduling transportation the following information MUST be received:
Court order stating that youth has been adjudicated delinquent in the state of Wyoming, in the legal custody of the Wyoming Department of Family Services, and committed to the Wyoming Girls School for an indefinite period of time.
Active Title 19 (Medicaid) number and private insurance information of legal guardian
Consent packet will be signed by the legal guardian/parent. Only in cases which parental rights have been terminated or relinquished may DFS personnel sign the consent packet. (See below for downloadable file.)

Secure transport will be provided by WGS security personnel once the items noted above are received.
