How can I help my child get ready for kindergarten?

There are SO many things you can do to aid in your child's kindergarten success! Independence is a huge part of kindergarten both academically and socially. It's a big step to be away from our families all day, even if your child has been going to daycare. School is a whole different environment! A classroom of students with only one adult is an environment that most children are not accustomed to YET, but there are numerous ways to ready your child for this big step.
