Talking Points App/Kindergarten Teacher Contact Info

If you need to contact your child's classroom teacher, Talking Points, and email are by far the easiest and quickest ways to reach her. We only have time to check voicemail typically once a day, and it may not be until after school. Please respect teachers' family time once at home. We care about each one of our students, but we also care about our own families. If you send your child's teacher a message, email, or phone call outside of school hours, please give her 24 hours to respond.

*If your child will be absent, arrive late, or leave school early, please be sure to call the attendance line at 317-896-4700 ext 17001 OR email your child's kindergarten teacher and mgesattendance@wws.k12.in.us (Be sure to call/email before 9:00).

*If your child has a change of dismissal plans, please contact your child's kindergarten teacher or the front office before 1:00.

TALKING POINTS APP

Westfield Washington Schools uses TalkingPoints as a multilingual communication tool between teachers and families. Families can choose to receive messages via SMS text messaging or through the free FAMILIES/TalkingPoints mobile app for Apple or Android. To ensure messages are received from your child’s teachers, make sure your contact information for the “Father” and “Mother” fields in PowerSchool are correct. When a teacher sends a message, TalkingPoints will automatically use these two phone numbers. If you would like to add additional contacts, please reach out to your child’s teachers.
