- Be a U.S. Citizen
- Be a New Jersey resident
- Will have resided in the State and County for at least 30 days before the next election
- Are at least 17 years of age (you must be 18 to vote this November, if you are 17 you will be registered for the next election that you are 18 years of age)
- Not be serving a sentence of incarceration as the result of a conviction of an indictable offense under the laws of this or another state or the United States.
