The average delivery lead time for all assets is 2-3* weeks upon receipt of the needful copy and images to use in the asset(s). However, if the asset(s) are ready earlier, we will deliver them as soon as possible ahead of the deadline.
*The actual lead time may vary depending on the volume of orders. Please ensure that the delivery date indicated is reflective of the true deadline for delivery. The Earth Hour Global team may reach out to you separately if order volumes are high and we are unable to meet your deadline.
