As an open source brand, much of the Earth Hour resources are made available for all to use, but please take note of the guidelines in place to protect the trademark and essence of the brand.

In using the Earth Hour Trademarks, corporate participants may refer to themselves or their organisation as a supporter of Earth Hour and may place their logo beside that of Earth Hour’s in their communications assets, but must not refer to their brand or imply in any way that they are a partner (formal or otherwise) of Earth Hour unless you have formal written agreement with Earth Hour or WWF (local or international).
