PROGRAM OVERVIEW

Thank you for considering our Viking Virtual Academy. Please contact your child’s building principal if you are interested in the program and fill out this form to begin the enrollment process.

Viking Virtual Academy accepts new enrollments at the start of each semester. Enrollment requests outside of the start of a new semester may require medical documentation stating the need for virtual school.

All Viking Virtual Academy enrollments are required to confirm residency with the District Office prior to online course activation. If a student lives outside of the district while enrolled in VVA, student will be removed from VVA and required to enroll in the district in which the student resides.

All students must be enrolled in the district before applying for Williams Valley virtual instruction. New enrollments to Williams Valley must first complete the new student registration form and complete the registration process before submitting the VVA interest form.

All students in grades K-12 enrolling in VVA must complete the Viking Virtual Academy School Student Contract.

This program of study is intended to give an overview of the cyber academy’s purpose, process, procedures associated, courses and district policies.

This document does not replace the student/parent handbook of the building that your child would attend if not enrolled in the Viking Virtual Academy.
