Google Sheets is a great tool which allows you to create and edit spreadsheets directly from your web browser, without having to download any specific software onto your Desktop or Laptop.
Very similar to Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets can be used as a management tool to create spreadsheets which can be edited by multiple people at the same time. This removes the need to send emails with Excel files to classmates to collaborate.
Formulas can be used on Google Sheets which will allow you to complete different calculations with the data which you have inputted. This could be something simple as adding two pieces of information together with '=SUM', or more complex calculations like '=arrayformulas'.
Google Sheets can seem like a very complex and complicated applications, especially to those who may not have used it before or are not use to formulas. The guide on the left of this page provides an exhaustive look and breakdown of what can be done on Google Sheets and how it can be beneficial to your learning.
