Make sure to warm up and cool down before and after physical activity.
Listen to your body- do not overdo it or push yourself too far. This will help prevent injury.
Finding a workout buddy can increase motivation.
Use safety equipment when necessary.
A Google Form is attached to the right where you can sign up for walking times, including morning break, lunch time, and afternoon break.
If you choose to complete the form and sign up- you will be added to a Google Chat coordinating with that time where you can meet new people and potentially find a new walking buddy!
