The Wisconsin DPI requires school libraries to develop a library plan using tools based on the Future Ready Librarian Framework.  Using this framework as a guide, the Waterford Union High School library has developed this long-range plan to effectively increase student achievement through enhancing literacy, providing appropriate resources and experiences to all, and collaboratively partnering with educational leaders.
