Hi! I'm Mrs. Shetty. I'm looking forward to a great year ahead. During the 2025-2026 school year I'm teaching Graphic Design 1, Fashion Design & Web Design and I'll be working with the Tech Team.

A long time ago...

I studied Graphic Design at Hartford Art School. I worked as a graphic designer in NYC for a while until I decided to pursue my passion for teaching. I attended grad school at Columbia University while working in their marketing department. Using my web skills and tech know-how I earned my master's degree and started teaching in 2004. I taught in Brooklyn and continued working as a freelance designer. I joined CHS in 2018 & am proud to be part of the Patriots family!

My educational journey continues...in Sept. 2025, I completed a master's in educational leadership to earn my principal and supervisory certifications!

A few of my favorite things

...in no particular order...spending time with my family, reading books, anything to do with Art & Tech!, watching movies, baking yummy desserts, sipping chai :)
