Beginning March 23, students, parents, and staff members can create a support ticket for any tech issue they may be experiencing. Just click the button for your school district and a Technology Support Specialist will reach out to you, within 24hrs at most (usually much sooner). If you cannot access the ticket online, you may also call your school to request support--an administrative assistant will enter your ticket over the phone or from voicemail.
