What worked
I found what worked often were the meetings I had with Ms.Thielen. The reason this was so helpful is because it would keep me on track and she would help me find new things to learn. At the beginning of the year I was thinking I was only going to do coding but quickly realized it is not simple to learn on my own and that there were not many free lessons.
What didn't work
I think something that did not work was my time management. I would say time management is one of the biggest things for this program. I would like to add that pushing yourself to get your work done even when it may feel daunting is crucial. Obviously I don't suggest doing it if you feel sick or something serious.
What needs improvement
I think the main thing that needs improvement for me at-least is communication outside of the meetings. I find communication to be a very big deal with me and especially if you are doing independent work it may not occur as much and I suggest you discuss with Ms.Thielen what you think is and isn't working.
What did i learn & who am i as a learner.
I learned multiple technology skills that could help me in the future if I ever pursue something in technology or help in general for general knowledge. As a learner I get distracted pretty easily but I am very efficient at working and I am very smart. The main thing that I dislike is long blobs of text.
