The "GROWLER" is the noisy brother to /k/ so that EVERYTHING remains the same EXCEPT the VOICE is on! Feel it on your throat. Your throat will giggle with the /g/ and it won't with the /k/! You've got it. Sign language "G" placed at the throat tells the child to do the growler in the back of the throat.
Googley EYES Song! Grab some from the dollar store and PLAY with some glue. Earn EYES and then play.
