PROBLEMS LOGGING INTO SCHOOL GOOGLE ACCOUNT?
please do the following:
Sign the AUP or your account will be disabled https://aup.wsd.net/ You must sign the AUP if you haven’t already done so this year or you will be locked out of your account:
If you are having problems viewing videos or saving documents:
Try this:
Press down on the refresh button (on the top row of your keyboard) and the power button, at the same time. This will also reset the Chromebook.
If a Refresh doesn’t work try the powerwash.
To powerwash (factory reset) your Chromebook, press Ctrl + Alt + Shift + R to initiate the reset process, select "Powerwash" from the menu, and then click "Continue". You'll need to sign out first, as the process begins on the sign-in page. Be aware that this will erase all local files and user data, but cloud-stored data on Google Drive will remain safe.
If the powerwash doesn’t work then try Clearing the Cache
Clearing the Cache on the Chromebook:
On your computer, open a Chrome page.
At the top right, click on the three dots and select Clear browsing data.
Select a time range, of All time.
Click Clear data.

If you are having problems logging into your Chromebook and Google School Account, please try the following:
If you need to RESET your password: Or if you receive an email from Tech Services about changing your password, do so IMMEDIATELY so that you are not locked out of your school Google account. YOU WILL GET LOCKED OUT IF YOU DON'T CHANGE IT!
Please follow the instructions to change your password from this following MyWeber portal link: https://account.wsd.net/
If you get locked out of your account and you get a message that says your password has been changed then this means that you never changed your password in time. You need to do the following:
Sign the AUP first even if you already have. Click on the link and sign the Appropriate Use Policy https://aup.wsd.net/ You will need to do this on a different device.

If you still can’t reset your password please contact Tessa Lavigne at telavigne@wsd.net at 801-622-3583 or call the main office at WIHS at 801-476-6500 I’m sorry but I do not have access to reset passwords.
**Make sure that you are occasionally logging out of your Chromebook and shutting it down. This will ensure that any new updates are being uploaded to the Chromebook.

If you NEED A CHROMEBOOK or have a broken Chromebook or charger please come to Weber Innovation High School at 1007 W 12th St, Ogden, UT, Between the hours: 7:30AM- 2:30PM You will need to speak to MaryAnn Reed or Suzanne Jensen in room 116.

Once you have a PowerSchool Account then you will have an account for Canvas.
