White River Valley Schools
Flexible Pathways to Graduation
White River Valley High School and Middle School (WRVS) students may select multiple learning opportunities, guided by each student's Personal Learning intentions (PLP). The PLP is an educational road map to help secondary students choose meaningful learning relative to academic, personal, and possible professional interests.
Vermont's Act 77 Law (Flexible Pathways), allows for all students to have access to any combination of academic and experiential learning to complete secondary school and prepare for career and lifelong learning.
Flexible Pathways for the WRV Wildcats include:
- On Campus / Online Courses
- Career Discovery
- College Credits
- Technical & Career Centers
- International Experiences
Additional information about Act 77's Graduation Requirements and Transferable Skills are at The Vermont Agency of Education. Vermont public secondary school students are expected to demonstrate proficiency in learning and transferable skills within the graduation requirements.
