Our high school programming (Grades 10–12) provides students with practical, real-world skills to support their mental health, decision-making, and healthy relationships as they move toward adulthood. Through discussions, activities, and evidence-based learning, students explore stress management, coping strategies, boundary-setting, communication, and help-seeking skills. We also address substance use—including cannabis, alcohol, vaping, and other emerging trends—by focusing on accurate information, risk reduction, and personal decision-making. This programming empowers youth to build resilience, strengthen their wellbeing, and prepare for the responsibilities and opportunities ahead.
