Our Programs at a Glance
The majority of our programming will fall into one or more of the following categories: social-emotional learning (SEL), stress reduction, physical activity, mindfulness, and art.
Here are our programs by age group. Each link gives you a quick overview of the program, some examples, and will link to the program's website if there is one. Each program is listed with a recommended developmental grade level, but programs can be used outside of the recommended age range at the classroom teacher's discretion.

In each Program Profile, you will see "MHCB Program Manager Notes" at the bottom of the page. It will give you an idea of:
 The cost of the program (free ($0), low (<$100), medium ($100-$500), or high cost ($500+)).Â
Whether the program requires a subscription or not.
The origin of the program (American, Canadian, or Alberta-specific.)
The research behind the program. (Research-based, with a completed study. Research-informed, with no study but evidence supporting methods.)
Presentations are offered to any age group (e.g., students, teens, parents, assemblies etc.)
