Supportive: We believe School-Based Equity Facilitators should be supportive by stressing accountability and enlisting trust in order to build relationships.
Learning: We believe as School-Based Equity Facilitators, it is our responsibility to foster a space for learning to occur through compassionate communication and connection.
Connectedness: We believe that as School-Based Equity Facilitators, we strive to connect our buildings to district equity and inclusion initiatives and to strengthen connections among our staff and between staff and students. It is only through connectedness and with creativity that we will be able to accomplish our professional, academic, and individual humanitarian goals.
Integrity: We believe integrity is the first step to being successful school-based equity facilitators, leading opportunities for collaboration, adaptability, perseverance, and commitment, and allowing us to drive change in equitable spaces.
