Device Compliance

Certain Chromebooks, Macbooks, and Windows laptops are supported for use at Payton College Prep. Due to fast boot-up times, long battery life, ease of maintenance, and low price point, Chromebooks are a great option. Whichever device you choose, make sure that your device meets or exceeds the minimum specifications for use at Payton!

Recommendations:

1. Consider the laptop size and weight when purchasing. The device will be carried and handled throughout the day.
2. A protective case is highly recommended
3. Extended and accidental warranties are available on most device models. Consider which warranty option will work best for you.
4. Your device may be covered under your homeowner’s or renter’s insurance. Be sure to check with your insurance policy and maintain proof of purchase.
