Student Printing

Printing in the library is available to students via Google Cloud print. To access printers through Google Cloud print, Windows and Mac users must be logged into Chrome using their CPS account.

Notice: It is not enough to log into your email account at google.cps.edu. You must log into Chrome browser.

Printing on Chromebooks

Log into Chromebook using CPS account.
Open Chrome and navigate to the document or web page for printing.
Click Menu -> Print.
Change destination to Library-Ricoh (preferred) or Library-Lexmark (backup) under Google Cloud Print

Printing on Windows & Mac

Make sure you are logged into Chrome browser with your CPS account. For instructions on logging into Chrome, see Logging into Chrome Browser with CPS Account
Open Chrome and navigate to the document or web page for printing.
Click Menu -> Print.
Change destination to Library-Ricoh (preferred) or Library-Lexmark (backup) under Google Cloud Print

Print Quota Management

Printing account can be checked by logging in with CPS account here. Your account can only be accessed while on campus.

Printing fees are $0.05 per page.

Payton students have a print quota of $12.50/year included in student fees. More pages can be purchased from Ms. Nantwi in the main office.
