If the student ended the 22-23 school year with Waterloo Schools, they will do the top and it will take them to the Parent Portal. Parents will need to log into the Portal with their username and password.  They should have received an email, if we have one on file, on July 18 and July 27.

This is what was sent on July 27, so you have it for reference:

 Hello, this is a reminder about doing your child’s Annual Updates/Registration through the Online Parent Portal. If you have already completed this, please disregard it. If you have not, please take the time to complete this, as this affects bus routing, class sizes, updating forms, access for your child, etc..  The Annual Update window will be open from July 18-Aug 8. To gain access, you will sign into the parent portal account, which you can find at:  https://waterlooia.infinitecampus.org/campus/portal/parents/waterloo.jsp     

Click “More”. Then “online registration”.

You must have a parent portal account set up through Infinite Campus to be able to access registration. If you have problems logging into your account or need password information, please call the HelpDesk for assistance at 319-433-1858.

 You do NOT need to physically go into a building to do the updates.  Staff are not available in the buildings to assist until after Aug 2.

 Most of the time, parents don't know their passwords. The Helpdesk does not have interpreters. 

If a family is new to the country, the schools would need a copy of their immunizations before they can start school. You can email me (eckermanj@waterlooschools.org) to me or fax me at 319-433-1886.

 If there is something I am missing, please let me know.  We have given a deadline of Aug 8 to complete registration, so that our bus company can have a period to route buses.
