The Portal is a publicly available website to build institutional reputation and enhance research visibility through showcasing faculty expertise and research outputs. Only University Officers and full-time Academic/Teaching staff have their personal profiles set up on the Portal (see User Eligibility for details)

Login to the Backend using your SSOID
Click "Personal" to access your personal profile page
Click "Edit Profile" to start editing
Click "Edit" to revise information
Click "-" to delete an information item
Click "Add" buttons to add new information items
The "Synchronized" icon indicates this data field is synchronized from HRO / KTO / SIS information system, and cannot be modified by yourself
Fingerprints are weighted terms mined from your research output
If you do not want Fingerprints to be displayed on your profile, click "Fingerprints" to disable them
Click "Save" at the bottom
