• Summer Music Camp, June 15-20th

  • Offers classes in music theory, music technology, sound recording, conducting, piano and jazz improvisation.

  • Perform in band, orchestra, choir and small ensembles such as steel drum and brass/woodwind ensembles.

  • Final concert June 20th at 4 p.m.

• Saxophone Performance Institute, June 15 – 20, 2025

  • The Saxophone Performance Institute (SPI) is a five-day program presented each summer for saxophonist in grades 8 through undergraduate college/university students. All activities are held on the historic UD main campus, and instruction is provided by Department of Music faculty member Dr. Willie Morris, III and Director of Bands and UD alumni Mr. Adam Uhlenhake. The institute is an intensive study of the saxophone in both concert and jazz styles.

  • $450 Commuter (with lunch)*

  • $650 Resident (includes breakfast, lunch, housing)
