CUTTIME is the new charms!

Throughout this year, you will receive text messages from CutTime.  CutTime helps us communicate with you, assign instruments to students, collect fees/costs, communicate events, and track volunteer opportunities. If your phone number has changed, or if you have never received a CutTime message, please get in touch with Mr. French, Mr. Walters or Mr. Fleischaker to have your information updated.


Text messaging is this software's primary communication method; each message will have a unique link to your profile. No password or login name is required with this magic link. CutTime does not have an "app", so on your smartphone, we suggest bookmarking the unique link sent to you with..."save to home screen"(which all smartphones provide).

FINAL FORMS

We need everyone to make sure they have joined the “Coed Band” group in Final Forms, as this is how we will access your emergency medical information. You will also use Final Forms to digitally sign the band handbook. Please take care of this at your earliest convenience.

FUN BAND CAMP EVENTS!

VOLUNTEERS

Parents, we need your help with multiple aspects of band camp and the marching band season.  We will be requesting volunteers for vairous activities through the CutTime system.  Keep an eye out for these volunteer opportunities!  We will need chaperones, concessions workers, band camp activity supervisors, etc.  Thanks in advance for any time that you can give! 

MARCHING BAND UNIFORM INFORMATION

Our marching band uniforms consist of a uniform jacket, pants and hat, which are all provided by the school.  Auxiliary members are also provided a uniform. Those items will be fit to the students on uniform distribution day.  We call this our "winter uniform", or our "wools".  There is a cleaning fee that covers the cost of dry cleaning the uniforms, which is payable in the main office once school gets rolling.  You can pay that fee at your convenience.  

Additionally, there are more personal items which families must purchase for their band members.  These items consist of marching shoes, marching gloves and marching spats.  These items can be purchased at uniform distribution day from the Music Parents, or at your convenience any time before the first game.  Auxiliary members will work with their instructors on their personal items.  

We also have a "summer uniform" which we wear when the weather is warmer.  These consist of a t-shirt, which you must purchase in person at fitting day.  Summer uniforms also consist of khaki shorts (white shorts for auxiliary members), white shoes and white socks, which we ask families to procure for themselves.  

Below is a list that explains what is needed and how to get it.  All items payable to the Music Parents are also available on our online store (woomusic.revtrak.net) in order to support CC payments for those that desire to do so.  ITEMS SHOULD NOT BE ORDERED FROM THE ONLINE STORE UNTIL YOU HAVE ATTENDED FITTING DAY TO DETERMINE CORRECT SIZING OF ITEMS.  If you have any questions, please let us know.  Thanks for your support, and we can't wait to perform for you!
