CUTTIME IS how we communicate! 

Our department transitioned to CutTime during the spring of 2024, and is the system we are using moving forward.  If you have never received a text from the CutTime system, it means that your cell phone number is not in our records, so please LET US KNOW IMMEDIATELY! 

Throughout this year, you will receive text messages from CutTime.  CutTime helps us communicate with you, assign instruments to students, collect fees/costs, communicate events, and track volunteer opportunities.

Text messaging is this software's primary communication method; and is designed for use on your smartphone.  Each message will have a unique link to your profile. No password or login name is required with this magic link. CutTime does not have an "app", so on your smartphone, we suggest bookmarking the unique link sent to you with..."save to home screen"(which all smartphones provide).

If you haven't saved your unique link and need another one, use one of the following pages to have the link resent to your phone number on file.
