We are so excited to have you join us as the Big Woo! crashes into Orlando in March of 2026! The Music Parents have been hard at work fundraising for this trip, and we are VERY excited to show Orlando the BEST of Wooster, Ohio! Please read below for information about how to register for the trip, the payment schedule, the trip handbook, the itinerary, and information about chaperoning.
TRIP HIGHLIGHTS
March 19-24, 2026
Parade at Magic Kingdom and performing arts workshops for choir and orchestra students.
1 day each at Epcot and Magic Kingdom, 2 days at Universal.
Beach trip to Cocoa Beach!
Fabulous Universal Resort, "Dockside".
All meals while in Florida are included.
PAYMENT SCHEDULE
Nov. 15, 2024 - $200 non-refundable deposit due with signed trip handbook
Jan. 17, 2025 - $200 installment due (total of $400)
Mar. 21, 2025 - $200 installment due (total of $600)
May 23, 2025 - $200 installment due (total of $800)
Aug. 29, 2025 - $200 installment due (total of $1000)
Oct. 3, 2025 - $200 installment due (total of $1200)
Nov. 14, 2025 - Balance due (estimated cost of trip before fundraisers are applied: $1536)
Remember that all monies are non-refundable after Nov. 15.
The Music Parents have been working hard on fundraisers for our trip, and to date have raised over $25,000 with which to offset the cost. We will be splitting that profit equally amongst our attending students.
We will continue this year to work hard to raise funds for our students to travel. The following fundraisers are planned for this year:

Fresh, Live Holiday Greenery Sale (October)
Pancake Breakfast (December)
Kettle Corn Sale (Spring)
We will continue to work to provide fundraising opportunities for our students, and will continue pushing to raise money for Disney through December 2025. We will need everyone's help to ensure that these events are as profitable as possible. Our music family will need to pull together to help make these fundraisers a success, which will benefit all!
Good news! With the large number of students traveling, we will be able to accommodate virtually unlimited chaperones! In order to register as a chaperone, please fill out the Google Form below. Some answers about pertinent information are bulleted here; more detailed info is in the form. We hope to have lots of chaperones join us; thank you for considering giving your time and treasure to help our students have a safe and enjoyable experience!
Initial deposit is $500 due on Feb. 1, 2025.
Total cost depends on your rooming situation (see the form for more info.)
