1. Stretch out your hand until it looks like a star.
2. Get your pointer finger, on your opposite hand, ready to trace each finger up and down.
3. Slide up each side of your finger slowly, down the other side of your finger slowly.
4. Breathe in through your nose on your way up, out through your mouth on the way down.
5.Keep going, breathing in and out, until you have traced your entire hand.
