About the CARE Team
The CARE team wants to ensure that every Wiseburn elementary student feels valued at school and that every family feels supported. Please reach out to us if your student is experiencing any challenges that are impacting their educational experience and/or if you need assistance identifying supports that will help you and/or your family.
