To force reset an 11th generation iPad
Quickly press and release the volume up button,
Then quickly press and release the volume down button, and finally
Press and hold the top (power) button until the Apple logo appears, then release the button.
This action, also known as a hard reset, can resolve frozen screens or other performance issues without erasing your data.
Connecting Wired Accessories to iPad
Identify the connector on your accessory- the USB-c end of cable.
Plug the accessory directly by holding onto the USB-c end of cable and gently plug it into the USB-C port
Disconnect the wired accessory by holding on the end of the cable near the USB-c connection, and gently and straight away, guide the accessory away from the device.
WiFi Connection: Remove Airplane Mode
To disable Airplane Mode on an iPad,
Swipe down from the top-right corner of the screen to open the Control Center,
Tap the Airplane Mode icon (which looks like an airplane) to turn it off.
You can also disable Airplane Mode by
Open the Settings app,
Tap on the Airplane Mode switch on the left-hand menu,
Turn it off.
WiFi Connection: Set Device to wisd-byot
Open Settings: Find and tap the Settings app icon on your Home Screen.
Navigate to Wi-Fi: On the left-hand side of the Settings screen, tap on Wi-Fi.
Enable Wi-Fi: Tap the toggle next to Wi-Fi to turn it on. Your iPad will automatically search for available networks.
Tap the wisd-byot network.
Confirm connection: Once connected, you'll see a blue checkmark next to the network's name and the Wi-Fi symbol in the top right corner of your screen.
Mosyle App: Self Service
Open the Mosyle School app.
Launch Self-Service: Within the Mosyle Manager app, find and click on the "Self-Service" option, which is typically located at the bottom or side of the window.
Navigate to the My Apps Tab: The Self-Service section will open, and by default, it should display the "My Apps" tab.
Install Apps: Browse or search for the desired app in the list. Tap the Install button below the app to begin the download and installation process.
Reinstall or Update: To reinstall or update an app, simply click the install or update button, respectively, on the app's listing.
