Meeting Schedule
Cleckler-Heald Elementary Counseling Advisory Council meet four times throughout the school year in September, November, January, and March from 4:00-5:00 p.m on the 3rd Thursday of every month.
Use of the Implementation Cycle
The Cleckler-Heald Counseling Advisory Council (CH CAC) effectively uses the implementation cycle to enhance the Counseling Program. The Panorama survey is given to the students and teachers to identify the Social Emotional (SEL) needs of the campus. The CH CAC develops a plan for sustaining the program, incorporating it into the school’s counseling curriculum and ensuring ongoing support through professional development for staff. This cycle ensures that the counseling program is responsive to student needs, developed, and continuously improved. At the end of each semester an evaluation process occurs, to ensure that the counseling program meets the needs of all students at Cleckler-Heald Elementary.
