Kids and STRESS

Do students feel stress? Absolutely! Is stress 'BAD'?! Not necessarily. Just like anything, it is all in how we choose to view stress! Stress is actually a very useful tool designed to keep our bodies safe! Stress can motivate us to be more productive and focus our energies on striving towards accomplishments we wish to achieve. What does Stress feel like in kids?

  • Stomach aches

  • Butterflies in stomach

  • Worried

  • Cranky

  • Headaches (especially in the back of the head above the neck)

  • Difficulty concentrating
