Do students feel stress? Absolutely! Is stress 'BAD'?! Not necessarily. Just like anything, it is all in how we choose to view stress! Stress is actually a very useful tool designed to keep our bodies safe! Stress can motivate us to be more productive and focus our energies on striving towards accomplishments we wish to achieve.
