Windermere Preparatory School is excited to launch its new partnership with Magnus Health as our new Student Medical Record (SMR) system. Magnus Health will be used to collect student health forms and other required paperwork for the school year. Magnus Health SMR is a secure site for submitting health information. You will receive an email from Magnus Health to initiate this process. Please make sure to set up your account and submit all of your child's health information through this system. Please reserve 20 to 30 minutes per child, depending on particular circumstances. Please have your child's physician and health insurance information handy when you begin.

Once these initial forms are in our system, future requests are minimal.
