A calm and nice snack to enjoy while watching your child's game or going on a trip to a nice area.
First, you will want to get pumpkin seeds. We had already bought some, but you can get them from Scartch for this you will need to get some pumpkins and gut them out keeping the seeds.
Second, you will want to make your seasonings. For this, we used:
Nutmeg
Cinnomon
Brown Sugar
Ginger
These will give you more of a pumpkin spice feel rather than the strength of the pumpkin spice.
Next, You'll want to be able to get a pan and find something that can elevate your seeds, If you cannot some parchment paper, sprayed with cooking oil or butter, will work.
Then, lay your seeds so that they are close but not to close, and put your seasonings on. Depending on how strong you want to taste your seasonings you can put them on both sides or just one side.
Finally, Bake your seeds at 350 for 12 to 15 minutes. Then enjoy!
