Pumpkin Pie
A nice Thanksgiving classic. This delicious pie will satisfy that pumpkin spice need forever.
Ingredients
Pumpkin- 16 ounces of Pumpkin Puree
Half and half- 1 cup
nutmeg- 1/2 teaspoon
brown sugar- 3/4 cup
Eggs- 2
Baking
Step 1- Heat oven to 350
step 2- whisk together your brown sugar and eggs in a bowl. Add pumpkin puree while whisking together slowly. After mixing together add in your nutmeg and half and half mix together.
step 3- pour the mixture into an oven-safe pan. Put in the oven for 10 to 15 minutes.
step 4- To make sure that it is fully baked put a toothpick, or butter knife, in and pull it out, make sure that it comes out clear.
step 5- cut up and plate. Add whip cream if you'd like
