A nice quick way to make breakfast for the kiddos, and yourself. Delicious and healthy for all your needs.
Ingredients
Eggs- 6.
Diced Ham- 1 cup.
Diced Mixed Bell Peppers- 1/2 cup.
Diced Onion- 1/2 cup.
Egg Bake
First, in a bowl, we used a medium-sized bowl we didn't make too much, crack open six eggs, you can make less of the eggs make as much as you feel necessary just remember the more you use the more there will be. Mix up the eggs using a fork, or anything else.
Second, after nixing your eggs in the bowl add your toppings. We added 1 cup of ham, 1/2 of mixed bell peppers, and 1/2 cup of onion, all diced. You can add other things depending on what you want.
Third, after mixing it all together find a pan about 9x13, if you are following this recipe. You may need a bigger pan, try to find a pan that will not thin it out, when you pour it should be halfway filled or just near it. Before you pour it make sure you butter it, or spray the pan so it doesn't stick, GET THE SIDES.
Fourth, after spraying your pan, and finding a correct pan. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes, you may need to bake more or less depending. To make sure it's done grab a butter knife or a toothpick stick it in pull it out and make sure that there is no yolk on it. If there is still yolk coming off just leave it in longer. .
Finally, put it on a plate and enjoy!
*Add seasonings as you see fit. We didn't add any seasoning to ours as the flavor of everything together tasted just right.
