How wonderful to see so many keen and enthusiastic young musicians back in school this week! We have so many musical activities and experiences to look forward to and I am confident that the children's energy and abilities will shine.  

Please keep an eye on this section of the newsletter for information on upcoming Recitals (and how to apply to participate), musical events and opportunities, and news about what the children have been up to in Music, Choir and Music Clubs throughout the term. 

Instrumental/LAMDA Lessons - applications open

If your son or daughter is keen to begin learning an instrument or taking LAMDA lessons in the new academic year please see the Willington Music website (link below) for further information on our tutors and lesson provision, and to find an application form. There are still vacancies for all instruments and voice this term.  Please get in touch if you would like to discuss any aspect of your child's musicial journey!

Chamber Choir auditions will take place in class music and choir lessons for any in Year 4, 5 and 6 who wish to join! Please prepare a very short song or excerpt from a song to sing. 

If your child is attending an after-school music club, please pack a small, healthy snack which will be eaten at the start of the session.
