Sub Plans May 23rd
10:00 - 10:45 Second Grade: Mrs. Roetzer's Class
The Students have been working on a research project.
After taking attendance, they should finish their project (see the sample)
Review the sample with them. Show how to cut out the little peak through by folding the paper.
Remind them to make their animal pretty large, and the peak through pretty small so that not too
much of the animal is showing. When they are done, have them turn their project into the purple
bin. Then they can check out.

After reading, show the activity sheet under the document camera and demonstrate an example.

line students up and walk them back to their classroom. (Try to get there by about 12:25)

You probably will not have help with checkout for 3rd and 4th grade. Jyothi can show you how to set up and check students out. The fourth grade students are allowed to check themselves out. Jyothi will show you how to set up the student stations.
If you have any major technology issues, just write down the student's name, the title, and the barcode of the book. I can fix it later.
Third 1:05 - 1:50 - Mrs. Lutz' Class
Have students check out by 1:35. Students should come back to the reading rug by 1:45.
Students can share their books if they wish.
Fourth 2:05 - 2:50 - Mrs. Mott's Class
Have students check out by 2:30. Bus helpers need to leave by 2:45, the rest of the
class should clean the library then go back to the rug to share their books if they wish.
