Career Exploration and Work-Based Learning (WBL) are educational strategies that connect classroom learning to the workplace through structured opportunities between students and community partners. WBL can take place at school or in the workplace, helping students to: develop skills, explore career opportunities, prepare for specific careers, make informed decisions about future education and training, connect with professionals in the labor market, and generate income and establish future earning potential.

Complete a Mastery Experience Work-Based Learning (ME WBL) Internship
