Bristow Group

Students began by looking at a cool website showing 50 amazing observational drawings.  We talked about what we saw and talked about how each artist used value to create a realistic look.  Students were then given time to complete their artwork and write a reflection.  They wrote about what they learned, what their artwork was about, and why they made certain choices within their piece.  Students helped choose a mat color to get their piece ready for our end of the year art show and began planning for our next lesson which will be in clay!
