To help bring awareness to our community about women’s heart health, we are inviting all high school seniors to participate in a contest to earn a scholarship up to $5,000!
Submit a short video about heart health in women and if your video is selected as a finalist, you will be entered into the social media judging contest to select the top three videos.
Winners will be announced February 27, 2025.
Who can enter:
Any high school senior, no GPA requirements
Scholarships awarded as cash prize to be used as needed toward college or other continued education expenses
Grand Prize: $5,000 ~ 2nd Place: $2,500 ~ 3rd Place: $1,500

Made possible through donations to the AOPA Foundation, the more than $1 million in scholarships are a major benefit of AOPA membership, helping members reach their aviation goals.
Awards ranging from $2,500 to $14,000 for primary flight training, advanced ratings/certificates, and aviation maintenance.
Open to AOPA members that are U.S. citizens or U.S. permanent legal residents

Texas Farm Credit presents $5,000 postsecondary scholarships to twelve future ag leaders. These scholarships are named in honor of the late Marsha Pyle Martin: A native of Paris, Texas, Marsha was a strong advocate for youths and agriculture who passed away in 2000 following a 30-year Texas Farm Credit Career.
To qualify, all applicants must:
Be a high school senior scheduled to graduate in 2025 (children of employees or directors are not eligible)
Be a member of FFA or 4-H
Reside in Texas Farm Credit’s 101-county territory
Submit a current high school transcript (official or unofficial)
Submit a 2025 application (incomplete applications will not be accepted)
Submit a resume
Submit an essay (see application for essay topic)

H-E-B Scholarships for TEXAS Athletic, Music, and Academic Participants
H-E-B will award 15 high school seniors who participated in UIL competitions with a $2,000 scholarship in recognition of their community service and involvement in their communities.
Five students who competed in athletics, five students who competed in music, and five more students who competed in academic events will be selected from the pool of applicants from across the state.
Requirements: You must be a current Texas high school senior graduating in 2025 with a minimum 3.3 GPA, have participated in a UIL competition as a high school student and have been active in community service programs or events.

The HSF Scholarship is designed to assist students of Hispanic heritage obtain a university degree.
Awards are based on merit; amounts range from $500 to $5,000, based on relative need, among the Scholars selected.
Eligibility Requirements
Must be of Hispanic heritage
U.S. citizen, permanent lega resident, or DACA
Minimun of 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale (or equivalent) for high school students
Plan to enroll full-time in an accredited, public or not-for-profit, four-year university, or graduate school, in the US, for the 2025-2026 academic year
Submit the FAFSA or state-based financial aid forms (if applicable)

The 2025 Tom Brock Community Service Scholarship. Altra Federal Credit Union believes being a good community member means giving something back. That’s why we’ve established the Altra Foundation, which offers scholarships to reward young members with a demonstrated history of community involvement. Applicants must be Altra Federal Credit Union members that are graduating high school with a cumulative GPA of 2.80 or higher and will be attending a 2-year or 4-year college in Fall 2025.

Each year the Austin Bank Scholarship Program awards educational scholarships to HS students to assist them with their college expenses. Austin Bank will award 36 educational scholarships for tution and books in 2024. Nine $2,500 scholarships and twenty-seven $500 scholarships will be awarded.

The Association of Compensatory Educators of Texas (ACET) annually sponsors two scholarship programs - one for graduating seniors and one for paraprofessionals. The scholarships are for $1000 each. These programs are designed to support the growth and development of high school seniors and paras in their higher education journeys. We are pleased to announce this year's scholarship season is now open!

TheDream.US, the nation’s largest Scholarship program for immigrant youth.
The 2025-2026 Scholarship Programs for Undocumented students who have DACA, TPS, or who arrived in the country before November 1, 2019, came to the US before the age of 16, and otherwise meet the DACA eligibility criteria.
Must be accepted to one of the partner colleges to receive the scholarship.

Scholarships are available in the amount of $1,000 per student. Applicant must be the child of a person who is an active member of Cherokee County Electric Cooperative Association, in good standing and currently receiving electric service from CCECA.
