Expungements

OVERVIEW

The Expungements Project helps Forsyth County residents access better employment and housing opportunities through criminal record expungements. Working with the WFU Law Innocence & Justice Clinic, students assist individuals in determining whether their criminal records (including not guilty charges and juvenile, misdemeanor, and felony convictions) can be stricken from their records. The project's mission is to give people a second chance and a fresh start.
