Step 4: Write the body of your letter (Introduction, Say why you are writing, Ask your questions) 


Step 6: Finish your letter 

Step 7: Check and edit your writing 


Step 8: Add your buddy school’s address to your envelope

Writing a Quality Blog Post

We are learning to use our words to be positive, thoughtful and helpful 

Today I will: 

 Step 1: Watch Miss Toland model how to give instructions and think about the words we use 


Step 2: Get into partners and decide who is Player A and Player B

Step 3:  Player A make a copy of these slides 

Step 4:  Player B make a copy of these slides 

(Do not show your partner your slides!)

Step 5: Practice telling each other instructions using positive, thoughtful helpful language 

Step 6: Share your learning on your blog
