Weymouth BID Limited, the body voted into existence by local businesses to regenerate Weymouth said, "Weymouth BID is always keen to help support regeneration in the town and the Pavilion peninsula certainly has the potential to become a major site within Weymouth with a good mix of commercial, cultural and leisure activities to enhance the area. This appears a tremendous opportunity that should be investigated further. The BID’s aim is to increase footfall to the area and anything that helps achieve this objective should be supported.”
