About Maker Ambassadors
A group of pupils being ambassadors of the Maker Education. They are full of passion in guiding and instilling love of making in their peers's heart.
The Maker Ambassador Logo
The colourful Light Bulb represents the colourful and creative ideas that our Maker Ambassadors always come up with.The logo as a whole symbolises a rocket blasting off. This shows that in our Makerspace, any idea can soar high.The Pencil and Eraser represent the fact that Maker Ambassadors are skilled artisans who help their fellow Westwoodians by working together with them and building further on their creative ideas.
Maker Faire Participation
Our Maker Ambassadors are given opportunities to participate in events like the Maker Faire to broaden their knowledge about Maker Education. They also build their confidence and develop communication skills as they learn to serve as student facilitators during the events while they present to members of the public on Maker Education@Westwood.
