Rabbit Skin Mittens

I chose to use rabbit fur because I was inspired by the Eirik the Red Saga that describes the Seidr practitioner's outfit. She is wearing"cat skin" gloves but for obvious reasons, I used rabbit skins. The mittens are completely hand sewn using waxed linen thread.

Rabbit/Lambskin Fur hood

Taking inspiration from Eirik the Red Saga. The Seidr practitioner is wearing a lamb skin and Cat skin hood. The entire piece is hand sewn using waxed linen thread. The Rabbit fur is pieced together to create the inner lining. This is based on the Greenland Hoods but they are similar to the Skjoldehamn hood. The hood is completely lined with rabbit fur.
